Keira is our Practice Manager. She is responsible for HR and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Keira joined Schlich in 2016 as an apprentice from Chichester College to complete her Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. Following completion of her apprenticeship, she took the CIPA Patent Administrator’s certificate and qualified with a perfect exam score – 100%. She then went on to gain her CITMA Trade Mark Administrator qualification in 2021, and is currently studying to complete the CIPD’s Associate Level Diploma in People Management. Recently, Keira has qualified as a MHFA England Mental Health First Aider.

As Practice Manager, Keira sits on the firm’s Operations Committee which is tasked with making key business decisions and effecting such decisions across the firm.
