A hybrid working strategy enables staff to work seamlessly from the office or from remote locations, and we are committed to ongoing staff training at all levels.
We strongly encourage a sensible work / life balance and do not expect people to work more than their contracted hours. When in the office, a recent addition is a basement gym for those who find the sea (at the end of the road) a little cold for other forms of daily exercise.

With the sun making an appearance and this week being Mental Health Awareness Week we have swapped our treadmill team effort and decided to join the ‘2024 Mental Health – Moving More Challenge’ by taking ourselves away from our desks and walking along the seafront during our lunch breaks.
