A hybrid working strategy enables staff to work seamlessly from the office or from remote locations, and we are committed to ongoing staff training at all levels.
We strongly encourage a sensible work / life balance and do not expect people to work more than their contracted hours. When in the office, a recent addition is a basement gym for those who find the sea (at the end of the road) a little cold for other forms of daily exercise.
