With the sun making an appearance and this week being Mental Health Awareness Week we have swapped our treadmill team effort and decided to join the ‘2024 Mental Health – Moving More Challenge’ by taking ourselves away from our desks and walking along the seafront during our lunch breaks.

We are very fortunate to have the seaside right on our doorstep and it would seem a shame not to take advantage of this whilst we continue recording the distance for our team challenge walk from EPO Munich to the EPO The Hague – we are making great strides.

At Schlich, we endeavour to promote positive wellbeing of our team by holding social events throughout the year as well as smaller gestures such as supplying fresh fruit for everyone in the office, celebrating birthdays and other special events together, and of course setting fun challenges for the team to partake in if they wish.
