April 2023 After many months of doubts and pushbacks, 1 June draws near and with it, dawns the start of the UPC.
Schlich have been closely following the various updates and changes and we are very pleased to announce that we are ready to assist in any revocation or infringement proceedings in the Unified Patent Courts.
