Our UK and European Patent Attorneys and Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys have degrees and PhDs from top UK Universities, but are additionally qualified by experience at the coal face of cutting edge, and critically commercial, technologies.
We build on our experience of prosecution and inter partes proceedings to give the best strategic and practical advice, to get the best value patent and trade mark protection for our clients’ innovations. Our team does this efficiently and in a friendly and digestible manner, supported by a wider team of highly skilled and experienced legal support staff.

We draft and file patent applications, then get patents granted, we prepare and file applications to register trade marks, taking them to registration and enforce our clients’ rights through inter partes proceedings.
Schlich works with a wide variety of clients ranging from multi-national corporations to SMEs and individual inventors in the UK and around the world. Technically, we are a mix of chemists, biochemists, geneticists and technology experts with Patent and Trade Mark qualifications and extensive subject experience.
